Thankful-For That?!
My husband...I love him. Simply put, he is awesome. I was reminded of how much I love him on Sunday. While he was preaching, his energy and his love for God and spreading the Gospel were flowing out of him. He works hard to show the congregation how important it is to be real and bold about sharing Jesus with EVERYONE..no matter who they are or what their situation in life is.
My husband...he's amazing. He's my high school sweetheart. My heart aches with the thought of not being married to him. There was a time (when we were in college) that I thought we'd never get married. I'm so glad God''s plan and the desire of my heart were on the same page. You know how they say that there is only one person for you? I believe that because I think I'm the only one who could accept and love my husband for his quirks and imperfections, and vice versa.
My husband...he's mine. I know that he loves me and works hard for our family. He's great with our finances, and he tries to be such a good dad. It's so sweet to watch him with our daughter. She definetly has a spot in her daddy's heart.
This month there's a lot of celebrating in our house-the boys' birthday, Valentine's Day, and our anniversary. Eleven years...we'll be married for 11 years on the 26th of February. I look at some of my friends, whose marriage have unfortunately fallen apart, and feel even more thankful for my husband. Finding a soulmate, a gift from God, a life partner isn't easy. It's only a blessing God can give, and I am so thankful he gave it to me through my husband.
