Ribbon and Glitter Wreath {Pinterest Inspired}

For this month's Pinterest Challenge {my first one....eeeek!}, I kicked myself into gear to make this Ribbon and Glitter Wreath.  I was inspired by Amy @ One Artsy Mama's Valentine Ribbon Wreath.   So, on a Sunday afternoon-that was gray and rainy-my Ribbon Glitter Wreath took shape and has brought a touch of glitz to our gray, winter days!

Wreath Main

Ribbon and Glitter Wreath:

Supplies:

*Mod Podge

*T-pins

*Foam wreath form

*Coordinating Ribbon

*Address numbers

*Glitter, flowers, other embellishments

Directions:

1.  Coat your address numbers with a thin coat of Mod Podge and shake some glitter on them.

2.  While the numbers are drying, secure an end of your ribbon into your wreath form with a T-pin.  From here, continue wrapping your ribbon around your form in any pattern you like.  As you reach the end of your ribbon length, secure it with a T-pin and start again with the next ribbon spool.  Continue this until you have covered your entire wreath form.

3.  Now that the glitter is dry on the numbers, adhere them to your wreath.  Mine came with a super sticky backing, but you could hot glue them if you need to.

4.  Add some flowers, buttons, etc. to finish off the wreath.

It really can't be easier!  And with so many fun ribbon patterns to choose from you could really make a gorgeous wreath!  Don't forget to link up to this month's Pinerest Challenge going on HERE.

    I so need to make something beautiful for my front door this spring! I typically buy something cute, but I definitely need to get my craft on like you did.

    I hope you'll link up at Off the Hook!
