Must Try Monday {Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies}
1. Include a Must Try Monday OR a text link back to My Favorite Finds. {if you need help with this, let me know}

The recipe I'm sharing this week didn't last long in our house! It came straight from my Peanut Butter and Chocolate pin board. Yes, I love that combination so much that I have a pin board devoted to it These were soft, chewy, and perfect for our peanut butter and chocolate loving family! That's why they were named as a "Must Try"! Now they're a "keeper"!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup soft butter1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup white sugar1/2 cup brown sugar, packed1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 egg1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/4 cups white, unbleached flour1/2 Tablespoon milk {you'll add this at the end}1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:1. Heat your oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or a silpat baking mat.
2. In the stand mixer, beat the butter, peanut butter, and sugars until creamy and smooth.
3. Add the baking soda and baking powder. Next, add the egg and vanilla until they are well combined.
4. Add the flour. After all the flour is mixed in, add 1/2 Tablespoon of milk. This will make the dough smooth and creamy.
5. Mix in the chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto your prepared baking sheets.
6. Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until edges are slightly brown. Cool on wire racks.
Enjoy these with some milk! These were soooo good!
