This week’s menu may seem slightly repetitive from previous weeks, or even “boring”. But truth is, I’m not excited about going to the grocery, so I challenged myself this week. I decided to plan our menu based on what we have at home~~no grocery shopping for me this week!
Yes, it was a challenge, and I had to really think about our meals. For some reason, the “side dishes” part of planning is proving to be a bit difficult because we are running low on frozen and canned veggies. But, we’ll make it work. Part of me feels guilty if my family doesn’t have a veggie at dinner. But this week, I may have to get past that as we get closer to the end of the week :).
Sunday: Pizza Night
Monday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches/Potato Chips/Salad
Tuesday: Chicken Fajitas/Beef Tacos
Wednesday: Crispy Chicken/Rice/Cooked Carrots
Thursday: Turkey Breast Roast/Cheesey Potatoes/Broccoli
Friday: Hamburgers/Grilled Potatoes/Salad
Saturday: Chicken or Beef Nachos
