From “BOY” to “BOO” {Easy Fall Mantel}
categories: My Favorites
Decorating our mantels for fall seems to signal the transition of the season, doesn't it?
Fall is in full swing here! One thing I do actually like about living in the Midwest is experiencing the seasons. Although, if we could just waver between summer and fall weather year round, I'd be happy.

I wanted to share with you my simple fall mantel that I have going on right now. It's sort of a cross between fall and Halloween-and when Halloween is over, I'll have one up and going for the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
You may remember the mantel I had put together for the Little Pumpkin themed baby shower we threw for my sister.
To transition the mantel to a more Halloween feel-and to re use some of the decorations I had made-I cut another "o" out of black vinyl with my Cricut and replaced the "y" in "boy" with an "o" for "boo". I added my Simple Pumpkin Topiaries and some painted mason jars. Voila! The mantel is done {for now}.
I'm sharing this at 52Mantels. What fun to have a new mantel every week! Check it out
