Did you notice the fun little makeover My Favorite Finds is undergoing? The Facebook page is next-I need to create a header to match my new color scheme I have going on here! Speaking of the My Favorite Finds Facebook page, we had a fun discussion the other day-Pumpkin or Apple? It was close between the two for FAVORITE fall flavors. My personal favorite is pumpkin. How about you? These Easy Pumpkin Spice Muffins will sway you to “Team Pumpkin” before you know it! They are soft, moist, flavorful, and smell OH SO GOOD while they are baking! My kiddos gobbled them up, too!

I am just so excited to share some wonderful news with you all today! I am ready to get back into blogging after a huge break! I think my last post was in July where I shared some ideas for Family Costumes at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Are you going? And I have undergone a little bit of a lifestyle change. I have decided to quit my part time library job, and work my travel business full time! Yay! That means more blogging, more crafts and recipes for all of you, and more Disney travel tips! For my family, they think me working from home means more made from scratch cooking. Right.
Blueberries are perfect to bake with-and I often wonder why I don’t bake with them more often. They pair so well with so many flavors, and this Blueberry Nutmeg Coffee Cake with Lemon Glaze is no exception. I made this cake for our Lenten Supper last week, and it was a total hit-I love it when the older ladies in the congregation tell me they like my baked goods-after all, aren’t they the professionals? So we are going to start April with this Blueberry Nutmeg Coffee Cake with Lemon Glaze, and hopefully it will be part of your Easter brunch menu!
Breakfast is made simple with these easy Breakfast Hash Tacos filled with eggs, bacon, potatoes & cheese!
Hi My Favorite Finds readers. I’m back again to throw a little dinner main dish recipe action at you. This month I’m bring you my Mom’s Beef Stroganoff recipe. It’s wicked easy and even my really picky kids eat it like there will never be another batch…ever.
This post is on behalf of Global Influence. I was sent an assortment of Hershey’s Candy to utilize for baking, creativity, etc. as part of this post. All opinions are 100% mine.
Did you know you can win a HUGE assortment of HERSHEY’s candy? Any look at my Pinterest boards, and you know that I have a slight addiction to the peanut butter/chocolate combination. Then, you go to the Desserts page here on My Favorite Finds, and it’s confirmed. My go to dessert combination is peanut butter and chocolate. When Easter comes around, I am all over those REESE’s Easter Eggs. Anybody else? I LOVE them….even more so than regular Reese’s Cups. Why? I don’t know.
The best of two meals come together in this simple but delicious breakfast! Packed with flavor, your family will love this Loaded Potato Crustless Quiche!
Our household has been on a loaded potato quick lately! I think there’s just something warm & comforting about potatoes mixed with bacon, cheese & onions. It’s a perfect hearty recipe for these cold winter days!
I hope by now you all know my unhealthy obsession with anything Chocolate and Peanut Butter. Happy New Year everyone! I am so excited to be here today to share one of my weaknesses….Peanut Butter and Chocolate. No matter what my good eating intentions are at the beginning of the New Year, peanut butter and chocolate is the exception to the rules!
