When I think of stuffed peppers, I think of my Grandma. She used to make this mixture of rice, ground beef, and onions and stuff green peppers with it. As a child, I thought they were yucky. Not my favorite thing to eat. Now, as an adult, I’m finding myself looking to Stuffed Peppers as a dinner a few times a month. For example, my husband I really like these Chicken Fajita Stuffed Peppers. And, while I’m not a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich fan, like my husband, I really like the flavor combination in these stuffed peppers. I choose to leave the mushrooms out, and they taste just as good! Plus, for a quick week night meal, they’re so easy and filling!
Hey y’all! Jaime here with a super simple, semi-homemade breakfast recipe that’s perfect for Fall! My family loves apples all year round but there’s just something about having warm, cooked apples in the Fall that just feels right! And the only thing that goes better with apples than peanut butter is caramel!

Hop over to Mom’s Test Kitchen to see how easy and delicious these are!
Today, I’m sharing this delicious Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake recipe that will be perfect for Christmas morning! I originally served it at a shower that we hosted, and it was a hit! Since we hosted a brunch for the shower, I went straight to my Breakfast Foods Pinboard, knowing I’d find something fab. I sure did!
Hi everyone! Julie from White Lights on Wednesday here again with another easy dinner idea you can make tonight! At our house, my Chicken Parmesan is the all time most requested recipe. I always make enough for leftovers so I can cook once and we can eat twice. This time when we had leftovers, I didn’t want to just do the same old same old reheat and eat routine. So I made pizza instead!
One of my favorite restaurants is Max and Erma’s. Rain or shine, summer or winter, I always get their Chicken Tortilla Soup and a side salad when I go there. It’s creamy, cheesey, and I love how the crispy tortillas and some crunch. The version I made of this tonight isn’t an exact take on it. But, it’s really good and comes close. I love a lot of things about fall, and one of them is the use I get out of my crockpot. In fact, most weeks, there are at least two crockpot meals on our menu….if not more!
