Kicked Up Parmesan Chicken

I struggle to get my oldest to eat chicken.  Grilled?  No.  Chicken fajitas?  No.  BBQ?  No. Homemade Chicken Tenders?  Maybe.  If it isn’t from a restaurant, and extra crispy and friend, he’s not into it.  So on night’s when we have chicken on the menu, he already comes to the table with the attitude that he isn’t going like it, but he eats it anyway.  However, when we sat down to dinner last week, I told him I had tried {Read More}

Easy to Pack Soccer Snacks

Our Saturdays are often spent on the soccer field.  Most weekends, it is an hour on a Saturday afternoon, enjoying the sun and watching our oldest play a game.  Now that the season is coming to a close, we are in the midst of soccer tournaments.  This means more hours on the soccer field, more prep for me the night before, and I feel like I need to have more options to keep him hydrated and fed between games.

Cinnamon Coated Almonds {Disney Style}

As much as I love Disney food, I decided that each month in 2015, I’m going to share a Disney Parks inspired food!  Our family has visited Walt Disney World so many times, and in turn we’ve enjoyed much of the best food on Disney property!  One of my husband’s FAVORITE treats is found throughout the Disney parks, but he always manages to snag these Cinnamon Coated Almonds while we are shopping at Downtown Disney.
