As many of you know, I started accepting sponsors on My Favorite Finds back in June. Wow! And what a whirlwind it has been. Fun, but has made me busy as a blogger. I needed a way to manage my sponsors, the giveaways, their contact information, and most importantly when I was giving them publicity shout outs on Facebook.
I decided to set up a simple Google Doc. If you haven’t started using Google Docs, it’s wonderful. It’s linked to my email I use for my blog. That makes it easy so I can just copy and paste emails, addresses, and other information from my Gmail into the Sponsor Spreadsheet.
The columns are as follows:
Now, as I get new ads on Passionfruit, I add the information to the spreadsheet, straight from my email. I also open this spreadsheet to check when I should do a FB shout out, and add the date I mentioned my sponsor on FB to the correct column.
